Playing DSP DVDs on PCs

A colleague has burned a DVD using DSP 4.2.1. It plays back fine on the Mac but when he plays it on a PC, he gets audio but no vision.
We don't have a DVD player handy.
We've tried playing a DVD I made about a year ago using DSP - I know this DVD works in DVD players. When we play it on the PC, same problem.

Is this just something we have to put up with, and hope our clients aren't planning on playing the DVD back on a PC? Or is there a setting that will fix this?

We've checked out other forums but nothing really seems to match this exact issue.

Have you tested it on a second PC to make sure the first one isn't causing the problem?

Yup. And have since tested it on a DVD player. It works.

Just wondering if the PC thing is jsut somethng we need to live with.
